Reviews

Most sport psychology texts merely scratch the surface with their typical presentation of mental rehearsal, relaxation, concentration and other basic performance enhancement techniques. This work starts where all these other books leave off. The authors provide the clinician with some very powerful intervention tools and strategies for both problem solving and performance enhancement. If you're serious about developing an effective sport psychology practice, then this book and it's techniques need to be a part of your clinical armamentarium.
