Overview

Raise your glass to a powerful chorus of voices. Wine About It is a heartfelt anthology that brings together the poetry, short stories, and personal essays of Black women from across South Carolina. Through raw truth and radiant beauty, these contributors explore the deeply personal and powerful themes of healing, self-love, and self-acceptance. In these pages, you'll find stories of emotional, mental, and spiritual recovery-narratives that show what it means to rebuild from the inside out. You'll witness the courage it takes to confront pain, the joy of rediscovering one's worth, and the quiet strength found in embracing every part of oneself. This collection is a testament to the resilience and brilliance of Black women who are not only surviving, but thriving. Whether whispered in verse or spoken through prose, these voices are unapologetic, unfiltered, and unforgettable. Wine About It invites readers to reflect, relate, and find comfort in the shared journey toward wholeness.
