Repeat this process until you reach your personal financial goals. This book walks you through the plan including all the math for appreciation, depreciation, debt paydown and cash flow for implementing this model in Windsor, Colorado. It is based on a $286,000 property with initial rent of $1,825 per month. These assumptions are discussed in detail in the book.
