Kackie has successfully led complex infrastructure projects for leading businesses across the United States, including Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Symantec, Hitachi Data Systems, Seagate, Unisys, the US Navy, and the California Administrative Office of the Courts, the largest judicial system in the United States. She is the author of Windows 2000 Routing and Remote Access Service (New Riders, 2000). Andrew Daniels has more than eleven years of experience, including more than seven years working with Microsoft Windows technologies. As a systems, network, and security architect, he has worked for companies such as Walgreens, Levi Strauss & Company, the National Security Agency (NSA), Logitech, and Kemper Insurance. Andrew has obtained a number of industry-leading certifications, including his CISSP.
