Reviews

The writings in this rich anthology disprove any notions of the so-called 'model minority.' Their names alone, Genny Lim, Florence Ohmura Dobashi, Harumi Serata, Michiko Tashiro, Leon Sun, May Chung, Brenda Chinn and Sato Hashizuma, invite the reader to open and see, to remember and act, to validate and inspire, to shout and dance. Especially, to live. Through language and love. Silences? Not. - Nellie Wong, author of Breakfast, Lunch Dinner.
