Author Information

Proud neurodivergent children's author R.E. Brooker graduated from 'The University of Gloucestershire' in 2010 with a 2:1 in Creative Writing. An avid Harry Potter fan, she spent time writing fanfiction and honing her craft. After graduating, she enrolled in 'The Golden Egg Academy', a children's editorial academy supported by Barry Cunningham. Her first children's novel, 'Will Worthington and The Black Rainbow', which was published last year. Currently, she is working hard on the sequel ('Will Worthington and The Revenge of Kazamir Kirrolivitch') and plans to write more in the series. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys playing with her polydactyl cat, Milo, and washing up. (Yes, you read that right.) She also likes to sing Disney, and enjoys drama and voice-overs when she can.
