(Simon Beer) Author InformationJason is an Editor for Wildeye Publishing, producing 'Wild Pages: The Wildlife Film-makers Resource Guide' every few years. He is also Editor of 'Wildlife Film News', a monthly wildlife film newsletter (www.wildlife-film.com/news.html), and Producer of www.wildlife-film.com - Jason has been fascinated by wildlife ever since growing up on a farm in Sussex, England. Very early on he developed a deep respect for all that was around him but soon discovered that the natural world was in deep trouble. He studied biological sciences at university in London and then became involved in various conservation projects around the world, including working in the rain forests of northern Vietnam and with cheetah in Southern Africa. He then went on to study wildlife film-making in Cape Town and has worked as a wildlife film researcher before taking on his current roles. Piers Warren is an author and conservationist living in Norfolk. He is also the founder and Principal of Wildeye (International School of Wildlife Film-making). He has walked the African plains with Maasai Warriors, tracked tigers in India on elephant-back, explored the Amazon rainforest, swum with sharks, trekked across Tanzanian deserts on a camel and filmed cheetahs hunting in Kenya. But his favourite place is the North Norfolk coast, where he spends his time capturing the flora and fauna on film... and looking for pawprints in the sand. As well as fiction he also writes non-fiction titles related to wildlife film-making, organic growing and vegan cooking. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
