Anxiety and worry are common emotions that we all experience. Everyone has ""worry clouds""; they're a normal part of life. But sometimes, they can start to control our lives, making things uncomfortable and, at times, scary. As parents, caregivers, counsellors, and teachers, it can be difficult to watch our little ones struggle with their anxiety and worries.
