While experiencing the challenges and rewards of being part of a Dual Career Couple in a bicultural marriage, Yvonne is also mother to two third culture children who changed schools three times. Professionally, she is passionate about helping individuals manage their careers by providing results-focused coaching, which harnesses their brains to improve the quality of their career and life. She has expertise in challenging and supporting clients as they navigate change and career dilemmas and is an ardent advocate of helping Dual Career women find their voice. Yvonne has spent the last 13 years of her career designing and developing programs for Dual Career families in support of the World Bank Group's efforts to facilitate talent mobility.
