Overview

After the Salls case was solved and closed, Detective Emma Carrs was ready to take on her next case. But she wasn't ready for her life to become upside down when Shawn Gomez, the #1 on the FBI's most wanted list, to blow up her office nearly killing her. Knowing Shawn's background and his connection to her previous case, Carrs is placed in protective custody by the FBI. As she recovers, she's told that Shawn is on a killing spree, trying to find who is responsible for murdering Chris. She finds out that Shawn is hunting everyone who was involved in the last case, torturing them before killing them. While Shawn's hit list gets smaller, Carrs must escape the FBI protection program to catch Shawn on her own.
