Rob McKenna, PhD, is the founder and CEO of WiLD Leaders, a global leadership development firm that builds trust, drives performance, and aligns business strategy with the human side of leadership. Dr. McKenna is an industrial-organizational psychologist with a decades-long career in understanding, researching, and designing sustainable, people-centered organizations. Born and bred in the Bluegrass, Mark Royse's Kentucky bourbon baritone is warm and clear with a kick. He has a stocked stable of characters and dialects champing at the bit to race. His trippy seventies childhood filled with Sleestaks, Hammer Horror, Star Wars, Bakshi's Lord of the Rings, Groo comics, and red box D&D instilled a passion for all things weird and wonderful. Affable, approachable, but unafraid to go dark places, Mark delivers nuanced, emotional performances. Mark loves fearless fiction-horror, fantasy, and sci-fi-especially by gay and indie authors.
