Author Information

Ivy Stark found her passion for food early on, growing up in Boulder, Colorado, when she discovered fine dining. Since then, she launched her culinary career and has held top kitchen positions at acclaimed restaurants like Ciudad, Zocalo, Dos Caminos, and more. She has written several notable cookbooks and has even opened her own successful restaurants, BKLYNwild and Mexology. In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, running, baseball, and hanging out with her dogs Frida and Diego, in Brooklyn, New York.
