Author Information

Jennifer Wheeler, J.D., is a graduate of New York University School of Law, writer, and co-owner of NYC Doggies. She has lived and worked all over the world, including in Thailand, Nepal, Ecuador, Switzerland, and The Hague. Her previously published work focuses on politics and democracy, and she is also the creator of the NYC Doggies Urban Dog Wellness blog. www.jenniferwheelerauthor.com Ovidiu Stoica, M. Eng., earned his Master of Engineering degree from the Mircea cel Batran Naval Academy in Constanta, Romania before moving to New York in 2002 where he founded NYC Doggies (nycdoggies.com). Ovidiu has been a dog trainer for over twenty-five years, applying his background in the sciences to developing an effective, results-based methodology for training urban dogs. Ovidiu and Jennifer have been married since 2015, and they have two daughters together. Oana Stoica is a visual artist and art director based in Cluj, Romania.
