Author Information

Syd Butler grew up in Washington, DC and attended the Rhode Island School of Design where he received a BFA in Film/Video. While at RISD he founded the band Les Savy Fav. In 2000 he created the Independent label Frenchkiss Records. He currently lives in New York City with his wife and two children. He loves ice hockey.
