Overview""Who was I? Who did I become? Who am I today? What is my passion with purpose?"" These were the questions author Vera Ripp Hirschhorn asked herself during her continued search for identity. Travel along Vera's cathartic journey of growth from childhood-beginning as a six-year-old immigrant-through her challenges, choices, and spiritual awakenings. She progresses from pleasing her family and friends to pleasing and loving, nurturing, and nourishing herself through the arts. Vera comes to understand that her parents' tragic stories of survival, though deeply impactful, are not hers. Her story is one of profound transformation and transition from pain to passion and purpose. Who Am I? is more than a memoir; it is an invitation. Vera empowers, encourages, and enlightens her readers to explore their own stories-their uniqueness, talents, passions, strengths, imperfections, and perfections with guided breathwork and mindfulness exercises. In doing so, these enlightened women will hopefully experience self-love and share the love with others in their personal, social, and professional lives for a higher purpose in life.
