The book includes stunning, detailed and colorful hand-drawn illustrations that feature lush backgrounds. Some of the drawings are shown from a unique perspective, similar to what a child would experience looking upward. The illustrations give you the feeling that you are in a tree-shrouded cocoon with sunlight streaming through the overhead branches. Various creatures (e.g. birds, a squirrel, a deer, a frog, a lady bug) are portrayed showing kindness or compassion to others. The author is conveying the message that small acts of kindness can bring joy and love to others and that even children can make a difference in the world. There is an area in front of the book where the child's name can be inserted and a place in the back where the donor can sign their name.
