As a classroom teacher he taught grades two through eight in Cherry Creek Schools near Denver, Colorado, and for one year he taught high school English to students in Suzhou, China as part of a teacher exchange program. He now consults with teachers, coaches, curriculum specialists, and administrators across all grade levels in both the US and abroad.
