Overview

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls; my name is Tenika Golden. I wrote this book to encourage each and every one of you. I've come to realize that life will have it's share of ups and downs. There will be days when you wake up and your efforts for survival will be non-existent. I know that my struggle was real until I learned how to defeat the spirit that wanted me to throw in the white towel before my day even started. It wasn't easy at all to write this book due to major trials and tribulations. I was inspired by the worst, but the good of it is that I survived. To become a survivor, you can't give in to your emotional destructiveness. Every day you must learn to say to yourself, I love me and when life sucks, I will fight back. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
