When I Grow Up, I Could Be a Scientist is part of a series designed to help expose children to available professions. Most children are limited in their concept of working toward something they love--which, in turn, excites them about education. The school provides a general education, but what excites them? If becoming a scientist, tree surgeon, beekeeper, ballerina, veterinarian, or truck driver seems to fit in with their natural talents, let us celebrate the discovery! It takes many, many vocations to keep our world in balance. This series is created to spotlight both common and uncommon vocations so every child finds a career suited to them. Let's encourage our children to be educated and explore all the options! Colorful illustrations and a glossary with new vocabulary words will excite your child about reading and, hopefully, their life options in the future!
