Author Information

Molly E. Aitken, an art historian who specialises in Indian art, has received numerous awards and scholarships including the Mellon Fellow, Columbia University Society of Fellows. She has written a numbers of books on various aspects of Indian decorative art and has curated several exhibitions such as Late 16th-century to Early 19th-century Indian Drawings, at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York.
