This true story is about Donni Don Don a Grand (white-tailed) Myna bird that one day flew away and got lost. Don Don lives with Steve and Cherry in the lush green countryside of Thailand. They raised Don Don from a baby, after he fell out of a tree. Don Don is a talking bird. He repeats everything Cherry says. He likes to go for walks with Cherry and Steve. One day while walking, Don Don flies ahead and starts to chit chat with everyone along the way. He loses track of time and gets lost. Does he find his way back home?

John Steven Towers is a pilot of 40 years. He has lived his dream. As a child he wanted to be a pilot. He started as a naval aviator, commercial pilot and finally flying for FedEx. Steve resides in the countryside of Thailand with his wife Cherry. They are both animal lovers and have a soft spot for the weak and injured animals. Cherry is a native of Thailand and a Bird Whisperer, always healing birds. They share their home with 22 dogs, five birds, one old cat and a flock of geese, ducks, and chickens. This story is just one of many adventures with their animals.
