Overview

Being a failed artist, thirty-two-year-old, Nathan Blake is drowning in student debt, turning him into a workaholic with nothing to live for. That is until he meets Victoria, a stranger who finds him fascinating. He soon learns Victoria is not only a stripper at one of the most famous nightclubs-The Black Lotus-but she's also a vampire. Nathan falls for Victoria, and falls hard. She is smitten with him, for reasons which remain unknown to even Nathan, but he's not about to question the only woman who's ever made him feel alive. Just as soon as Nathan's life is turning around, dead bodies begin to pile up around him. When Nathan is confronted by an old flame of Victoria's, she is taken from him before he's even able to put up a fight.
