Author Information

Nourish Nova Scotia is a registered charity dedicated to inspiring and equipping young people to learn about food and transform the food systems around them. Through our efforts, we are cultivating generations of youth food leaders--confident and capable of supporting individual, family, and community health through food, and driving positive change in food systems?now and for generations to come. Emma FitzGerald was born in Lesotho to Irish parents, did most of her growing up in Vancouver, and calls E'se'katik (place of clams), also known as Lunenburg, home.
