Nancy McCurdy Montagna was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder when she was a freshman in college. She was able to get treatment quickly, but her winding path of recovery was filled with many difficult and seemingly insurmountable obstacles. As Program Director of Recovery Services at Help Hotline Crisis Center, Inc. in Youngstown, Ohio, she has instilled hope and changed lives. Beyond helping hundreds of individuals, Nancy now provides recovery courses that train facilitators to educate, encourage and entertain those who suffer from mental illness, enabling them to live their best lives possible.
