Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, Michael Gauci began his working career as a magazine journalist and then as a head editor. After transitioning into the staffing industry, he has since moved into senior leadership positions, advising global organisations on best-practise workforce-management concepts and models. He has spent significant time advising his customers on how to engage and retain female candidates in male-dominated industries and roles. Michael hopes to inspire young girls to think about their careers with an open mind, to dream big and not to limit their potential. Michael is also a proud husband, and a father of three children, including two daughters of his own.
