Overview

When the grumpy firefighter falls for the sunshine girl who turns his world upside down . . . Elsa Whitney walks into my life like she owns the sun, all warmth and light, and shatters the quiet I've been clinging to. Not that I can blame her. She's impossible to ignore. And somehow, I'm the idiot who offered her a place to stay. Brilliant move. I've got enough on my plate--raising my son, rebuilding my family's resort, and trying to keep the pieces of my family together. The last thing I need is a distraction, especially one as tempting as Elsa. Too bad my family is already smitten. Worse? They swear I'm less of a grouch with her around. They're not wrong. Because the truth is, I don't just want her in my house--I want her in my life, in my bed, in every moment I can steal. And once I finally give in? There's no turning back. Contains mature themes.

Author Information

Currently living in Portland, Oregon, Sofia Willingham is an accomplished word nerd and voice actress. She has had the privilege of narrating multiple bestselling books for a variety of publishers. She was an APA Audie Award finalist for Release Me by J. Kenner in the erotica category, the first installment of the bestselling Stark series. This early exposure propelled her further into the universe of genres and accents, and she now records and produces audiobooks from the comfort (and dryness) of her approved home studio. Her performances have been regarded as emotionally involving and having the ability to color distinct characters consistently without getting in the way of the story. In her free time, she satisfies her morbid fixation with true crime and often wanders outdoors with an oversized puggle. Austin Rising hails from Albuquerque, New Mexico-where he began acting at the age of four. After high school, he decided to take his passion to the University of Denver, where he studied theater. He then moved to Los Angeles to study at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the prestigious South Coast Repertory theater. In front of the camera, Austin can be seen in Better Call Saul, The Night Shift, In Plain Sight, New York Prison Break: The Seduction of Joyce Mitchell, Longmire, Hostiles, and The Ballad of Buster Scruggs. Behind the microphone, Austin has been narrating since 2015, amassing many critically acclaimed titles under his belt, such as the Last War series by Peter Bostrom, the Overworld Chronicles by John Corwin, and Models by Mark Manson. Being a gifted mimic since a very young age, Austin loves to perform young adult, science fiction, fantasy, and LitRPG titles which lend themselves to dynamic characterizations.
