Lenka Glassman, PsyD is a licensed psychologist specializing in the treatment of anxiety and related conditions. She works with children, teens, adults, and families on issues related to anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and self-esteem.  Janet McDonnell amp rsquo s illustrations combine traditional media and digital techniques. In addition to illustrating books, magazines, and puzzles, Janet has both taught and written for children from preschool to high school ages.
