OverviewPrayer is an important part of every Christian's life. The Church has been the custodian of prayer and mediates its implementation to its followers. However I believe its has failed to impart the full power of prayer and has robbed it of its impact in many ways, by rationalisation and compromise with every passing whim of modern life. I hope that this small book will show you how prayer can have a tangible effect on your everyday life. I will try and demonstrate how you can build a personal relationship with God. I preface these small books by saying that I have no particular qualifications or theological training for writing them. Nevertheless as an imperfect follower of Jesus Christ in feel I do have something worthwhile to contribute to the subject. Often traditional churches do not always encourage free thinking by their members so I hope they will appreciate a genuine view from the pews by a critical friend.
