OverviewAlthough I always preface these books by saying I have no theological qualifications for writing them, I still feel I have something worthwhile to contribute to the subject. There is a desperate hunger and thirst for more meaning to life in this violent unfeeling world today. To paraphrase G K Chesterton people believe in anything rather than believe in God. I hope therefore that this small book will help the reader move a few steps nearer to God. The title and cover photo may seem to imply some criticism of the established church. I hope I am a critical friend and that my opinions are regarded as a view from the pews. This is the final book in this series of eight books and if you would like to read more then see my web site.
