Overview

The system of mixing is suitable for the storage, measurement and transportation of liquid materials and powder materials needed for the positive and negative slurry of Li-ion batteries and the storage and transportation of finished or semi-finished slurry. The equipment should be resistant to NMP and DIW corrosion and can be used with slurry mixer for safe and efficient continuous production. The subject matter of this project includes loading system, discharging system and other supporting facilities. Please refer to the attached flowchart for the planning of equipment quantity and size. The slurry mixer is used for mixing and dispersing the positive and negative slurry of lithium batteries, realizing the rapid fusion of all kinds of lithium battery materials by means of high-speed dispersion and high strength kneading. It can meet the requirements of viscosity, fineness, solid content and so on. The equipment shall be resistant to NMP and DIW corrosion, which can safely and efficiently produce lithium battery slurry continuously. After the slurry mixing is completed, the slurry conveying system will transport the slurry to the die head of the coating machine for coating and baking, forming a jumbo roll. The mixer unit includes equipment frame, transmission motor, reducer, revolution transmission shaft, dispersion transmission belt shaft, planetary box, long and short dispersion shaft, mixing shaft, mixing paddle, dispersion plate, mixing lower barrel, hydraulic lifting part, etc. The coating equipment is suitable for the positive and negative coating process in the production of Li-ion battery. The positive and negative paste of the battery is evenly coated on the copper or aluminum foil to ensure that the size and surface density are within the design specification range. Rewound after drying. The main components of the equipment include unwinding unit, coating unit, rectifying unit, oven unit, traction unit, winding unit and so on. Equipped the function of displaying and storing the running parameters of the equipment, and can interact with MES for real-time information, so as to realize the automatic control requirements of the equipment.
