OverviewAt 36 years old, my life altered on one fateful night, when my husband of almost 15 years passed away suddenly and dramatically. My life and the life of my then, 12 year-old daughter was altered and changed in ways that I never could imagine or believe. Through my journey of grief, I began to write my thoughts and lessons I had learned. I did not dream that I would ever publish them for the world to read, but as I embark on turning 40 this year, I realize it important for me to share, even if it only helps one person in their journey through grief and towards God. I walk each day, knowing that May 3, 2016 will always be burned in my memory, but I also walk each day thankful for a God that loves me and has quite literally carried me through each step. For those interested in reading ""What I Wish I Could Tell Myself,"" I truly hope it helps you in your journey. A journey towards healing and ultimately points you to a God that loves you in the middle of any and all circumstances.
