Kelley has been nicknamed ""The Bird Lady"" by people who know her. She has been feeding and studying birds for over 40 years. She is an avid nature photographer and naturalist. Kelley is the author of How to Learn Your A, B, C's With Help from Mother Nature. She has volunteered for many land trusts which, in their mission of preserving land, supports the livelihood of birds. She created a bird study program at a local school teaching students about bird habitat, feeding, and identification. Kelley has volunteered at nursing homes giving presentations on birds. She is passionate about helping birds survive, and thrive. Kelley lives in rural western Massachusetts.
