I am a pharmacologist with a BS in zoology from the University of Cincinnati and a PhD in pharmacology from Boston University. I was a postdoctoral fellow at Yale and a faculty member at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, USUHS. I have two adult children from a previous marriage. I was a single parent for ten years after that divorce and I've since remarried and we are the proud parents of a 3-year-old old baby boy.
