OverviewOn copyable worksheets six young people from six different religious backgrounds introduce us to their respective religious traditions: Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, Christianity, Islam and the small, newer religion of the Baha'i. Kasthuri, Anna, Tom, Oliver, Nurdan and Vanessa live in Germany and present their respective religious rites and places of worship. We get to know where the respective religion meets and carries out its practices, much as may be found in any larger German city. Nine worksheets each present a general introduction, material on the contents and rituals of the religion in question as well as on their temples, pagodas, synagogues, churches, mosques and other houses of worship. Color materials can be downloaded from the internet. The various blocks are connected by a pearl chain that reveals the interconnectedness of the various religions.
