Health management is one of the megatrends of our time. Healthy to its needs several factors. One factor is human well-being in general and, in particular, well-being in production-technical working environments. That is the focus of this investigation. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Werner Seiferlein  is the head of the master plan for rental and leasing space for office space. He also coordinates the FM activities at the Frankfurt-Höchst location. He is a member of various bodies and committees such as Office 21 of the Fraunhofer Institute and the DIN Committee.
