Jamie Franklin Rowe started educating elementary school students in 1988; specializing in the subjects of Social Studies and -Science. The horrific events of September 11th influenced her to focus on teaching tolerance and the acceptance of others' differences to our future generations. Struggling to find a book to explain these heinous crimes to her young students, motivated the author to write a book explaining that fateful day in words young minds can understand.
