""Wow! What wonderful, beautiful stories! The author has an amazing gift, and the illustrations are perfect. This book brings joy and smiles!"" - Lin, Elementary School Teacher ""This delightful book draws young readers into a world of imagination, animals, and nature, while Weepy's adventures gently teach lessons of resilience, courage, and comfort."" - Angie Ito, LCSW, Child & Family Therapist ""Fans of children's books like Winnie-the-Pooh and The Wind in the Willows will find in Weepy the same timeless blend of warmth and heart.... captivating."" - David Jaggart, Reviewer - Reader's Favorite 5-star rating ""...narration is beautifully poetic and immersive, guiding readers on a heartfelt journey... and...the artwork complements the stories perfectly, bringing each scene to life with warm colors that create a calming effect."" - Doreen Chombu, Reviewer - Reader's Favorite 5-star rating ""Weepy: Beyond a Willow Tree Collection by Georgi Ana Sloo presents a series of stories that celebrate curiosity, play, and the natural world through the eyes of a child. The prose has a gentle musicality that enhances the depiction of sunlight on leaves, the hum of bees, and the movement of critters, giving the text a flowing, really beautiful quality. Rhyme can be difficult to pull off effectively, but Sloo makes it work in a way that is comfortable for younger readers to narrate out loud. The illustrations by Lauren Elise Reeves are in the classic children's book style with a full color palette that is refreshing in a day and age where most seem to rely on computer-generated artwork. Between the descriptive detail, the rhythm of the writing, and the illustrations that breathe life into the words, this is a delightful read that is memorable in its portrayals of a child's connection with the natural world. Recommended."" - Jamie Michele, Reviewer- Reader's Favorite 5-star rating ""Author Georgi Ana Sloo has done an incredible job of creating a fun and adventurous book for children. In Weepy: Beyond a Willow Collection, she tells the tale of a young girl and a tree, which sparks intrigue before the reader has even dived in. This is how you know a book is going to be good, as it pulls you in and keeps your attention throughout. Whether your child is of reading age or not, they will be able to enjoy every word as the author has used rhyme to tell the story. I feel this will enhance the enjoyment of the young reader as they can listen or follow along with ease. The illustrations by Lauren Elise Reeves are incredibly professional, and more importantly, adorable! They perfectly complement the book's themes of adventure and mystery."" - Amy Louise, Reviewer - Reader's Favorite 5-star rating
