It looks into the plant's true healing potential, and concludes with ways to overcome its seductive grip. In the last part, I share my story of addiction and recovery, illuminating the world of cannabis dependence from the lived experience of seventeen years of daily use. Cannabis is one of the world's sacred plants. Its true role in our society is not to keep us docile and hinder our growth, but to teach us serenity, humility, and moderation.
