Both of his grandfathers were Holocaust survivors. He attended Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed his residency and fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center. He is an Emergency Department Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist in Northwell Health/LIJ hospital. He lives with his family in Flushing, NY. We Fought Like Lions is his debut book. His area of interest includes resilience through establishing an intergenerational self and developmental psychology.
