'Local food and wine pairings from some of England's best producers all served up beautifully, what's not to love?'; Helen McGinn, TV wine expert and author of THE KNACKERED MOTHERS' WINE CLUB

Author Information

CINDY-MARIE HARVEY feels incredibly fortunate to work in the wine trade - specifically designing wine tours and leading wine-loving clients around the most beautiful wine regions of the world. She has spent over a quarter of a century visiting and tasting her way from Chile, Argentina and Uruguay to the dramatic South Island of New Zealand, from the chateaux of the Left Bank in Bordeaux to stunningly beautiful vineyards in northern Italy and beyond. Add to this heavenly blend the challenge of pairing the best wine and food matches for lunches at wine estates or showcasing regional wines over dinner at a Slow Food Osteria... it's like living in a permanent state of preparation for a supper party with friends - what better job could there be?
