Roland V. Wahlgren, B.Sc. (University of British Columbia), M.A. (Carleton University, Ottawa), is a physical geographer and scientific & technical consultant. He gained practical experience by designing and constructing, for a major client, drinking-water-from-air systems with associated water treatment systems.
