Author Information

Mykhailo Zhyrokhov was born in the Donetsk region of Ukraine in 1974. He is a professional historian specialising in conflicts in the post-Soviet countries and the history of aviation. He has written an impressive number of books in Russian, Ukrainian, English and French. He has attended numerous conferences relating to Russian - Ukranian war that started in 2014. He is now head of the Chernihiv Military Historical Museum.
