This is the story of how Walter rode his bicycle from Paris, France, to Istanbul, Turkey. Travelling over 4000 kilometres over 72 days was especially challenging because Walter has Cystic Fibrosis. This book is dedicated to the families of kids with Cystic Fibrosis. Part of all profits will go to CF causes.

Author Information

Katherine Hitch is Walter's wife who felt that Walter's bicycle adventure had to be recorded for children. Katherine is educated in the USA where she once was a school teacher in her earlier life. She also taught at several outdoor education camps and climbed some very high mountains before marrying Walter and moving to Tasmania (Australia).This is her first book.
