Author Information

Jenny Dyer lives on a small property outside Gympie. She started her career as a teacher and then moved in a successful desktop publishing and colour printing business, as well as a horse sports photographer even publishing a successful rodeo book called RODEO DOWNUNDER in July 2008.She has now turned her hand to photographing nature and wildlife, mainly birds, on her property when she walks each day, hence the name WALKING WITH WILDLIFE.She recently homeschooled her grandson teaching him photography skills, as well as techniques to get close to birds to photograph them. They also photograph the small wildlife like spiders, insects, lizards and snakes as well as animals like koalas and kangaroos. With all this experience she has compiled a very simple and easy to understand book with beautifully colourful photos to educate young children aged 5 to 9 (and some adults) how to observe nature.
