"Matthew was raised in a Baptist church and was led to the Lord at the tender age of 8. He has experienced some pain and darkness in his life, which has given him a deep compassion and love for all people. Today, he runs a Facebook group called ""Open Heavens and Intimacy with Jesus."" Matthew has a commission from the Lord to train up prophets and to mentor others in the Christian faith. He does this through his Facebook posts and by writing relevant books on the Christian faith. I grew up in church, but because of my learning disabilities and speech issues, I didn't actually sit in Sunday school or in the service very often. Since I struggled, I helped out with the little kids instead. Because of that, I didn't grow up with a lot of religion in my life. I focused more on God's love and grace for people because of the challenges I faced. I reconnected with God just a few months ago, but I've been growing at a very fast pace. I see other Christians struggle because they have too much religion in them and because they want to fit in the church. Since I grew up with so much rejection, I don't care about fitting in. I'm just listening to God and the Holy Spirit and doing what they tell me to do. This path that I am currently on stretches me every day, but it's a lot of fun. I have many of stories to share with people, which encourages them. Some people don't want to be my friend anymore because they don't like the stories. That is okay. They're not really my friends if they don't want me to live a supernatural life anyhow."
