Dr Vincent Wee is a Master Trainer and Lead Consultant for many for corporate training programs and HR consultancy. He held several senior management positions as CEOs of many public listed companies during his 30 years of corporate and consulting practice with the Neptune Orient Lines, ST Electronics, Freight Link Express Holdings, Sea Containers UK, James Cook University and Central Queensland University. Dr Wee has given many public talks for many companies and government agencies. Among the projects and assignments he consulted include education services, HR and career development, company core values inculcation, leadership competencies design and development, talent management and succession planning programs and managing organizational transitions programs. Dr Wee has been instrumental in designing customized training and academic programs.
