"Aaron Stroman has been working with teenagers and volunteers for over ten years. He has a passion to see young people discover their true identity and grow in their giftedness. He believes that reaching today's youth is the most efficient way to change the world. Aaron majored in Business Administration and went on to achieve a Masters in Arts in Youth Ministry, his capstone thesis was answering the question: ""Are middle school students capable of leadership?"". His speaking engagements have spanned the globe from Guatemala to Australia, and while the majority of his speaking is located stateside in the US, Aaron's greatest fulfillment is equipping youth workers and volunteers in schools, churches, and camps to invest in the next generation. Aaron currently works at Westside Family Church in Lenexa, KS. Aaron has previously worked at Pine Cove Christian Camps, Oklahoma Wesleyan University, The Rock (Christian Skate Park), New Life Church, Hyattsville National Wesleyan Church, and Stroman & Associates. He is the founder of The 11:1 Leadership Group."
