Author Information

I wrote this poetry book as a symbol and representation of life's challenges. I have a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Ramapo College of New Jersey and have been in the sales world for over 9 years. I currently reside in New Jersey with my husband, Matt and my bernedoodle dog, Willow. My passion has always been writing, and I use poetry as a form of therapy to portray my thoughts and inner feelings to those who go through similar life experiences. This poetry book displays heartbreaks, relationships, romance, work struggles, and most importantly mental health awareness. I've always wanted to help others, especially women who are too afraid to express their feelings and thoughts without feeling guilty for it. I have struggled with extreme anxiety since my early teen years & have always been an advocate for mental health importance. I enjoy exercise, the beach, exploring new coffee shops, and most importantly spending time with family & friends. I hope you find this book useful for one's journey of self-healing from presented challenges in life and allow yourself and others around you to use your voice to speak up for what you believe in. Enjoy!
