Overview

Virtual political party associations are integrated as independent associations in the parties. Their activities take place virtually although their organisational structures are similar to that of classical parties. Parties integrate their virtual party associations in different ways. This can be seen in their rules. This volume presents the different virtual party associations and tries to locate these associations legally. This shall lead to a safe legal treatment of theses associations. The limitations of the party rights and the involvement of the party laws are specially focused on in this study.
