When we lead, particularly when we lead in ministry, we get to make a difference in this world. Our hope is to see lives changed for the better, to impact the lives of the people around us. Throughout the 21 years Dan played and coached football before being called to full-time vocational ministry, he learned many invaluable lessons in leadership that he generalized to the ministry teams he has served on and lead over the past decade. Dan is known for his witty quips and memorable leadership cliches, otherwise known as ""the coach in your head"" or what many know as discipleship. Whether he is consulting with other church leaders or developing staff and volunteer teams, Dan's #1 rule in ministry is that he won't limit anyone from reaching people for the cause of Christ. He unequivocally believes people can change...no matter the labels placed upon them. Dan and his wife Jennifer live in the Houston area and they have two children, Daisy and Brady. Dan has been an Executive Pastor for most of his time serving in vocational ministry.
